Submit a report

1. Access the channel

There are two ways for an employee to access the channel:

Option 1) From the public whistleblowing url:

https://NameOfYourBusiness.bizneohr.com/whistleblowing-channel

Option 2) From your company's login page:

2. Create the report

Once in the page, click on the Send report button in order to access the form.

Here you will find a form with the fields that your company has set and with the option to upload documents.

When everything is complete, clic on Save.

3. Save the Identifier and Pin

After clicking on the Save button to submit the report, you will see a verification message and a new page with the Identifier and the Pin, which will be required to view the details of the report in the future.

⚠️ This step is crucial. Identifier and Pin must be copied and saved on a document or note in your computer. Otherwise, you won't be able to access the report again.

View the report

To view a report, please go to the whistleblowing report channel and:

Write the Identifier and Pin in their fields
Click on View report

Add more details or documents

On the report page, you can:

See details
Upload (more) documents or images
Write comments to communicate with the investigator.
