How to access the platform?
1. Get to your company login page
The first step is to get to your company's log in page. There are two ways:
Option 1) Go directly to the url (PC)
The web address has the following format:
https:// company-name .bizneohr.com/
💡 On PC, we recommend marking that address as 'favorite' in the browser.
Option 2) Enter company name (PC or mobile)
When you open the mobile app (Android or iOS), the first thing that appears is a screen to enter your company name. This step will have to be done every time you open the app.
From PC, the url for this is https://bizneohr.com/welcome?locale=en
In both cases, you must type the name of your company in this field:
⚠️ Your company should tell you what the domain is, that is, what to type instead of " company-name " to access your company's platform.
2. Log in to the platform
After step 1, you will be able to access the screen to log in to your company:
The process is different depending on the method your company has indicated you:

Username and password: enter your email and password and click the Login button
⚠️ If this is your first time logging in, your company should send you an invitation email with and a link to set your password. If you haven't received it, please contact your manager.

Sign in with your Google account: Just click on the "Your Google account" button and follow the steps, signing in with your email and the same password you use to access Gmail.
- Sign in with your Microsoft account: Just click on the "Your Microsoft account" button and follow the steps, signing in with your email and the same password you use to access Gmail.
After this step, you will be logged in to your platform.
Problems logging in and requesting a new password
In case you are experiencing trouble signing in:

If you use your Google or Microsoft account and have any problems accessing it, please contact your manager from your company.

If you log in with a username and password but are currently finding trouble, you can request a new password by clicking on "Did you forget your password?"
You will then receive an email with a link to set a new password.
If you do not receive the email to reset your password or you still cannot log in, please contact your manager.
