What is the Bizneo Help Center?

Welcome to Bizneo!

💪 In the Help Center ( https://help.bizneo.com/hc/en-us ) you can find guides and articles on how Bizneo HCM and Bizneo ATS work and how to configure them.

💡 You will also be able to keep track of your tickets and conversations with the support team

Your account in the help center

How to create an account?

By clicking the Register button:

(If you click on login, it will take you to a screen where you can also Register)

That will take you to a form to enter your name and email:

⚠️ The email must be the same one you use to access Bizneo
but the password can be different

By clicking the Register button , you will receive an email with a link to create your password.

How to log in to the Help Center?

1. Click the Login button

2. Fill in the fields with your email and password

3. Click on the Login button and you will be able to browse the Guide

How to search for articles?

Once you have logged in, you will have access to all articles.

You can use the search bar (1) to see suggestions for articles with that term or browse through the different sections (2)

💡If you can't find what you're looking for in the help center, you can 🔎 contact the support team 

How to change language?

At the bottom right of the screen we can see the language in which we are browsing.

When you click on it, the option to switch to another language appears:

In addition, there is also the option within each article. We will be able to see that article in another language, as long as it is available:
